1) Tent/Table/Booth (PLEASE bring your own) set-up on the field – first come, first serve basis – (site map); volunteers and committee on hand for you!
2) Are all your team members registered? For insurance purposes, only those who have registered and wearing the wristband can be under the banner when 0K: The Finish Line moves starts at 10:30am To register: https://www.0kfoundation.org/registration
3) Bring Chairs – chairs are welcome under the banner for those with mobility issues.
4) Have you set a fundraising goal? Let everyone know! We’ll be happy to partner with you to get to your goal! For ideas: https://www.0kfoundation.org/fun
5) First Aid is available by the Registration Table.
6) Please stay for Closing and Award Ceremonies.
7) We will have an event tally – Awardees will have special mention at the conclusion of the event. HOWEVER, you can still turn in funds until JUNE 15TH, where the final tallies and winners will be posted on the website: www.0kfoundation.org
8) Monies will be given out to the designated recipients by July 1st
